I know from experience how important time is for a small business owner. They want to do everything according to regulations, but the regulations need to be understandable. In occupational health care, the entrepreneur needs to know where they are spending their money and what they, their employees, and their company get in return. I have always strived for our medical center's occupational health care to meet all of these requirements.

Who are you?

I have been a licensed physician since 1999. During my career, I have worked in a health center, the emergency department of an internal medicine outpatient clinic, at a skin disease clinic, psychiatric ward, as an occupational health doctor at Mehiläinen, and an outpatient clinic at a university hospital where the hospital's own staff was treated (so I was the doctor's doctor). Since 2004, I have been the owner and the chief doctor of a private medical center, MEDFIN.

How do you spend your free time?

My family and friends are the most important things in my life, followed by my patients and my company. I have a daughter, Alisa, with whom I am very close, and a black Labrador Retriever, Taika. I enjoy traveling, reading and dancing and I also ski as a hobby.
