Occupational Health Care Contract Levels
Fixed-price packages with unlimited recipient visits. With the package price, you can save up to 50% of the costs. In addition, KELA can reimburse up to 60% of the approved costs of the package.
Minimipaketti - all statutory occupational health measures at a fixed price. With the package price, you can save up to 50% and in addition, Kela (the Social Insurance Institution of Finland) can reimburse up to 60% of the package price. The package does not include healthcare services for employees.
A fixed-price package helps predict healthcare costs. With the package price, you can save up to 50% on the cost of statutory services.
The fixed contract price can be billed in installments if the company's rating meets our criteria. If the Service Buyer is granted installment payments but the contract is terminated prematurely, the Service Buyer is obliged and committed to pay all remaining contract period payments.
The package price includes:
- Statutory workplace survey and related reporting (every 3-5 years)
- Workplace risk assessment
- Preparation of a statutory action plan (every 3-5 years)
- Updating of the statutory action plan (annually)
- Support for building a substance abuse program
- Statutory health checks (no special permits)
- Statutory health checks and related audiogram examination
- Statutory health checks and related respiratory symptom questionnaire and spirometry if needed
- Statutory health checks and related AUDIT
- Company-tailored voluntary health checks (not legally required) every 5 years
- Assessment and support for work ability issues initiated by KELA
- Assessment and support for work ability issues initiated by the insurance company
- Work ability assessment initiated by the employer due to repeated sick leave
- Work ability assessment initiated by the employee
- Preparation of documents for KELA reimbursement
- Tripartite meeting initiated by the occupational health doctor
- Tripartite meeting initiated by the insurance company
- Guidance and advice to company management and employees on matters related to work health and safety
- Employee healthcare services
- Handling and resolution of workplace crisis situations, such as disputes, change situations, harassment cases (billed according to the time spent by specialists)
- Diagnostic tests related to health checks, such as blood tests, imaging studies, ultrasound (billed separately)
- Occupational psychologist or occupational physiotherapist appointments related to work ability assessment (billed separately)

- Basic diagnostic laboratory tests with an occupational health doctor's referral at MEDFIN and Aava Medical Centers (a list of tests is attached to the agreement)
Priority is given to remote consultations and appointments at our medical center. Appointments outside our medical center are possible only with a referral from our nurse.
- Other than basic laboratory tests
- Diagnostic tests (e.g., X-rays, MRI, ultrasound) and specialist doctor and physiotherapist appointments
- Handling and resolution of workplace crisis situations, such as disputes, change situations, harassment cases (billed according to the time spent by specialists)
- Diagnostic tests related to health checks (e.g., blood tests, other than basic laboratory tests, imaging studies, ultrasound)
- Occupational psychologist or occupational physiotherapist appointments related to work ability assessment
With this agreement, the company will be billed for services based on actual usage. Note! Does not include package discount:

Kattava taso - Convenient bill payment according to the use of services. Statutory occupational health measures; General practitioner level local and remote reception at MEDFIN Medical Centre; general practitioner, specialist and physiotherapist services at any Aava medical centre in 12 cities with our referral as well as diagnostic examinations, X-ray examinations and ultrasound examinations. Kela (Social Insurance Institution of Finland) covers up to 50% of approved costs (maximum amount per employee).
With a comprehensive level agreement, you only pay for the services used. However, the package offer is not applicable.
The agreement includes:
- Workplace inspection for the assessment of employee health risks
- Creating or updating an action plan
- Support for constructing an addiction program
- Statutory health checks
- Assessment and support for work ability issues

- General practitioner's on-site reception with a referral from our occupational health nurse at any Aava Medical Center, in 12 different cities
- Specialist's on-site reception with a referral from our occupational health doctor at any Aava Medical Center, in 12 different cities
- Physiotherapy services (with a referral from our occupational health doctor)
- Laboratory and diagnostic tests (including x-ray and ultrasound examinations) with a referral from our occupational health doctor.
- Referrals to public health care, specialists, or hospital treatment for follow-up care.

the Buyer of the service is granted installment payment but the agreement is terminated prematurely, the Buyer
