Occupational Health Care Contract Levels

If your company has a contract with us, you can enter into a separate higher-level agreement on favorable terms.

Fixed-price packages with unlimited recipient visits. With the package price, you can save up to 65% of the costs. In addition, KELA can reimburse up to 60% of the approved costs of the package.
Minimum package - all statutory occupational health measures at a fixed price. With the package price, you can save up to 60% and in addition, Kela (the Social Insurance Institution of Finland) can reimburse up to 60% of the package price. The package does not include healthcare services for employees.
The fixed-price package facilitates forecasting healthcare costs. With the package price, you can save up to 60% of the costs of statutory services.
The fixed contract price can be billed in installments if the company's classification meets our criteria. If an installment payment is granted to the Service Buyer, but the contract is terminated prematurely, the Service Buyer is obliged and committed to pay all remaining contract period payments.
The package price includes:
- Workplace inspection to assess employee health risks
- Creating or updating an action plan
- Support for building a substance abuse program
- Statutory health checks (no special permissions)
- Assessment and support for work capacity problems
- Preparing documents for Kela reimbursement
Basic package - all statutory occupational health measures as well as unlimited general practitioner-level on-site and remote reception at MEDFIN Medical Center and at any Aava Medical Center in 12 cities with our referral at a fixed price. With the package price, you can save up to 60% and in addition, Kela (Social Insurance Institution of Finland) reimburses up to 60% of the package price.
A fixed-price package facilitates the prediction of healthcare costs. With a package price, you can save up to 60% on the costs of statutory services and employee care.
The fixed contract price can be billed in installments if the company's rating meets our criteria. If the Service Purchaser is granted installment payment but the contract is prematurely terminated, the Service Purchaser is obligated and committed to pay all remaining contract period payments.

- Workplace inspection to assess employees' health risks
- Designing or updating the action plan
- Support for building a substance abuse program
- Statutory health checks
- Assessment and support of work ability problems
- Preparation of documents for Kela reimbursement
- Unlimited local and remote reception with Doctor Center MEDFIN's general practitioner
- A general practitioner's local appointment with our referral at any Aava medical center, in 12 different cities
- Referrals to public health care specialists or hospital care for further treatment
- Clarifying basic laboratory diagnostic studies on the referral of an occupational health physician at Medical Centers MEDFIN and Aava (list of studies attached to the agreement)
Priority is given to remote consultations and consultations at our medical center. Consultations elsewhere than at our medical center are possible only with a referral from our nurse.
Comprehensive package – all statutory occupational health actions; unlimited general practitioner level local and remote reception at MEDFIN Medical Center; services of a general practitioner, specialist and physiotherapist at any Aava medical center in 12 cities with our referral, as well as detailed diagnostic tests, X-ray examinations and ultrasound examinations at a fixed price. With a package price, you can save up to 65% and Kela also reimburses up to 50% of approved costs (maximum per employee).
A fixed-price package makes it easier to anticipate healthcare costs. With the package price, you can save up to 65% on the costs of statutory services and employee care.
The fixed contract price can be invoiced in installments if the company's classification meets our criteria. If the Service Purchaser is granted an installment plan, but the contract is terminated prematurely, the Service Purchaser is obligated and committed to paying all remaining contract payments.

- Workplace inspection for evaluating employees' health risks
- Development or updating of an action plan
- Support for building a substance abuse program
- Mandatory health examinations
- Evaluation and support for work capability issues
- Preparation of documents for Kela compensation
- Unlimited near and remote reception by a general practitioner at MEDFIN Medical Center
- Face-to-face consultation with a general practitioner at any Aava medical center, referred by our occupational health nurse, in 12 different cities
- Face-to-face consultation with a specialist at any Aava medical center, referred by our occupational health doctor, in 12 different cities
- Maximum of 5 visits to a physiotherapist per employee (referred by our occupational health doctor)
- Laboratory and general diagnostic tests (e.g., X-rays and ultrasound tests) referred by our occupational health doctor (list of tests included in the contract)
- Referrals to public health care specialists or hospital care for further treatment
The priority is for remote consultations and consultations at our medical center. Consultations anywhere other than our medical center are only possible with a referral from our nurse.
With this agreement, the company will be billed for services based on actual usage. Note! Does not include package discount:
Minimum level - statutory service fees convenient according to the use of services. The package does not include employee care services. Kela compensates 60% of the costs.

Basic Level - Convenient bill payment according to the use of services. Statutory occupational health measures as well as general practitioner level local and remote consultation at MEDFIN Medical Center and at any Aava Medical Center in 12 cities with our referral. Kela reimburses up to 60% of the costs.
With the basic level agreement, payment is only for services used. However, the package deal is not applicable.
The agreement includes:
- Workplace inspection for the assessment of employees' health risks
- Development or updating of an action plan
- Support for building a substance abuse program
- Statutory health inspections
- Assessment and support for work ability problems
- Preparation of documents for Kela compensation
- General physician's local and remote reception at MEDFIN Medical Center
- General practitioner's local reception with our referral at any Aava Medical Center, in 12 different cities
- Referrals to public healthcare specialists or hospital care for continuing treatment
- Laboratory and diagnostic examinations (e.g., X-ray examinations, MRI, ultrasound examinations)
Comprehensive level - Convenient bill payment according to the use of services. Statutory occupational health measures; General practitioner level local and remote reception at MEDFIN Medical Centre; general practitioner, specialist and physiotherapist services at any Aava medical centre in 12 cities with our referral as well as diagnostic examinations, X-ray examinations and ultrasound examinations. Kela (Social Insurance Institution of Finland) covers up to 50% of approved costs (maximum amount per employee).
With a comprehensive level agreement, you only pay for the services used. However, the package offer is not applicable.
The agreement includes:
- Workplace inspection for the assessment of employee health risks
- Creating or updating an action plan
- Support for constructing an addiction program
- Statutory health checks
- Assessment and support for work ability issues
- Preparation of documents for Kela compensation
- General practitioner's local and remote reception at MEDFIN Medical Center
- General practitioner's on-site reception with a referral from our occupational health nurse at any Aava Medical Center, in 12 different cities
- Specialist's on-site reception with a referral from our occupational health doctor at any Aava Medical Center, in 12 different cities
- Physiotherapy services (with a referral from our occupational health doctor)
- Laboratory and diagnostic tests (including x-ray and ultrasound examinations) with a referral from our occupational health doctor.
- Referrals to public health care, specialists, or hospital treatment for follow-up care.
