Types of contracts
Fixed-cost packages for any number of treatments (savings of up to 50% due to bundle discount, and up to 60% of the package cost within the legal norm is compensated by Kela):
Minimipaketti - a fixed cost for all mandatory legal activities (saving up to 50% due to package discount and another 60% of the package cost is compensated by Kela). This package does not include treatment of workers.
Purchasing a fixed-cost package is very convenient for planning expenses. Thanks to the package discount, you can save up to 50% of the expenses on legally required activities.
Annual payment for the package can be made in parts, if the company's credit rating meets our criteria. If an installment payment is provided, but the contract is terminated prematurely, the company undertakes to make all remaining payments under the contract.
The package price includes:
- Workplace inspection and related reporting (every 3-5 years)
- Workplace risk assessment
- Creating a joint action plan for maintaining the work capability of employees (every 3-5 years)
- Update to the Joint Plan for Maintaining Employee Work Capacity (annually)
- Support in creating a program to combat alcoholism and drug addiction
- Legislatively regulated medical examinations of employees (not for special permits)
- Legislatively regulated medical examinations and related audiograms
- Legislatively regulated medical examinations and associated surveys about respiratory symptoms and, if necessary, spirometry
- Legislatively regulated medical examinations and related alcohol consumption tests
- Individually tailored, voluntary medical check-ups for the company (not mandatory by law) every 5 years
- Assessment of workability problems and support of workability (initiated by KELA)
- Assessment of workability problems and workability support (at the initiative of the insurance company)
- Assessment of workability problems and support of workability (at the employer's initiative due to recurring sick leaves)
- Assessment of workability issues and workability support (at the initiative of the employee)
- Preparation of documents for Kela compensation for employer's medical service costs
- Tripartite meeting in complex cases at the initiative of the occupational medicine doctor
- Tripartite meeting in complex cases at the initiative of the insurance company
- Consultations for the company management and employees on issues of health and safety at work
- Medical services for employees
- Consultations and resolution of crisis situations at the workplace (paid separately according to the experts' time), for example, disputes, changes, cases of harassment.
- Diagnostic studies related to medical examination, for example, tests, ultrasound, and other additional studies (paid separately)
- Appointments with an occupational psychologist or physiotherapist (paid for separately)

- Basic laboratory tests as directed by our työterveyshuolto doctor (a list of tests is included in the contract)
Priority is given to remote consultations and consultations at our clinic. Consultations at other locations are only possible with a referral from our nurse.
- All laboratory tests, except for basic ones, and examinations such as X-ray, ultrasound and MRI, consultations with specialist doctors and treatment by physiotherapists.
- Consultations and resolution of crisis situations at the workplace, for example disputes, changes, cases of harassment (payment is based on experts' time).
- Diagnostic studies associated with medical examination (for example, tests, ultrasound, and other additional studies)
- Appointments with an occupational psychologist or physiotherapist
Convenient bill payment as services are provided (only actually provided services are paid for as they are performed, but package discount is not applied):
Minimitaso is a convenient bill payment system for mandatory services provided by law. This agreement does not include employee treatment (Kela covers 60% of the expenses).
According to this contract, only actual services provided are paid for as they are performed, but no package discount is applied.

Comprehensive level - convenient bill payment as services are provided for all legally mandated activities, remote and face-to-face consultations with general practitioners at the MEDFIN medical center, consultations with general practitioners, specialists and treatment with physiotherapists in any of the 12 cities with the presence of the partner medical center Aava, tests, x-rays and ultrasounds (up to 50% of the package cost within the statutory norm is compensated by Kela).
Under this agreement, only actual services rendered are paid for as they are performed, but package discounts are not applied.

- Visiting a physiotherapist (as assigned by our työterveyshuolto doctor)
- Laboratory tests and instrumental studies, including X-ray and ultrasound (as appointed by our työterveyshuolto doctor)
- Referrals to the state healthcare system for further treatment by specialist doctors or for inpatient treatment.
Combined service: all mandatory legal procedures for a fixed cost and medical service with bill payment as services are provided.
