Payment methods: cash or bank card. Payment by invoice (bank transfer) is not possible.
The cost of services does not include the clinic fee (poliklinikkamaksu), which is 25€ and is added to the total cost of services once per visit, regardless of the number of procedures performed. A Kanta fee of 3€ is charged when issuing a prescription.
The cost of video consultations does not include a clinic or Kanta fee.

In all private clinics in Finland, in addition to the fee for a doctor's visit, a polyclinic service fee (poliklinikkamaksu) is charged. It covers the cost of specialized software for information exchange with state databases, registry services, office expenses, and so on.
The medical institution has the right to independently determine the cost of this service. Usually, the fee for clinic services (poliklinikkamaksu) is 21-34 € and is paid once per visit, regardless of the number of procedures performed.
For example, if you receive a consultation from a general practitioner, a specialist doctor, and get tests done in one visit to a medical institution, you only pay the clinic service fee (poliklinikkamaksu) once.
The cancellation must be made no later than 12 hours before the booked time, otherwise a fee for the scheduled appointment will be charged.
