Fees charged for basic services from 01.01.2026

Payment methods: cash or bank card. Payment by bank transfer is not possible.

An outpatient clinic fee (poliklinikkamaksu) will be added to the price of services. The fee is 25 € per visit (it does not apply to video appointments, laboratory services or the “Freedom of Choice for patients over 65” programme).

When prescriptions are issued, a Kanta fee of 3 € will be added (the fee does not apply to video appointments, laboratory services or the “Freedom of Choice for patients over 65” programme).

For laboratory services, a sample collection fee of 18 € per visit will be added (the fee does not apply to laboratory packages published on our website).

Appointments must be cancelled no later than 12 hours before the booked time. In case of late cancellation or no-show, a fee of 50 € will be charged.

The cost of services does not include the outpatient clinic fee(poliklinikkamaksu), which is 25€ and is added to the total cost of services once per visit, regardless of the number of procedures performed. When issuing a prescription, the Kanta fee is 3€.

There is no outpatient clinic or Kanta fee for video consultation service.
