Yes. Under the Occupational Health Care Act, an employer must arrange statutory occupational healthcare even if the company has one employee — regardless of the duration or terms of the employment contract.
Medical care, meaning treatment for employees, is not included in statutory occupational healthcare. It can be added to the agreement separately if the employer wants to offer employees quick access to a doctor also in cases of illness.
