Fees charged for basic occupantional healthcare* services from 01.10.2025

According to § 35 of the VAT Act, services are VAT exempt

Service fee
The amount of the service fee depends on the number of employees. The service fee covers customer service, outpatient clinic fee, and services related to information archiving.
1 – 3 people /person/year

Appointments must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. Otherwise, the fee will be charged according to the reserved appointment duration.

Workplace survey (työpaikkaselvitys) must be cancelled at least two working days before the scheduled time. Otherwise, the fee will be charged according to the reserved workplace survey duration.

Kela reimbursement:

A company may apply to Kela for reimbursement of costs related to occupational healthcare. Kela reimburses 50–60% of occupational healthcare activities after the end of the financial year. More details about Kela reimbursement can be found on Kela's website.
