Pricelist for Occupational Healthcare
Fees for basic occupational healthcare services from 1.06.2026 (the prices of medical services in our partner clinics Aava and Pihlajalinna may differ).
Occupational healthcare services are mainly exempt from VAT, but from 2026, in accordance with the tax authorities’ guidance, VAT of 25.5% will be added to the price of some services.
A booked appointment must be cancelled no later than 12 hours before the appointment. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the company will be charged for the scheduled appointment.
A workplace survey must be cancelled at least two working days before the scheduled time. Otherwise, the company will be charged according to the scheduled time.
The company can apply to Kela for reimbursement of occupational healthcare costs. Kela reimburses 50–60% of occupational healthcare costs after the end of the financial year.
