Mole removal with cold laser – an effective and painless way to get rid of papillomas
A papilloma (sometimes referred to as a skin polyp) is a skin formation caused by the HPV virus or other reason.
It forms through the growth of the upper layer of skin - the epidermis and reaches sizes from 1 to 7 mm. Papillomas are usually attached to the skin by a thin stalk. The color varies from shades of white to brown, often matching the skin tone.
Papillomas are easily removed using the cold laser method. Such a removal procedure usually does not leave scars.
After laser removal, the skin becomes smooth, clean, and aesthetically more attractive.
Before and after
Skin healing after removal occurs as if there was a small wound on the skin.
Removal of papillomas
Papillomas usually do not disappear on their own. If it is located at a place of regular friction against clothing, a papilloma can be injured and fall off independently. Like any skin changes, they require regular observation. If a papilloma causes discomfort, is regularly damaged (for example, due to chafing with clothing) or is perceived as an aesthetic discomfort, we recommend removing it.

Our clients' experience
After six months, reddish flat scars remained on the site of the moles, which can be hidden with makeup (unlike the previous moles), so I am satisfied with the result. Healing greatly depends on your skin, mine is quite light and easily forms scars, on the other hand, they will continue to fade over the next couple of years.- Maria Ruohonen
The service was friendly and professional. The mole removal procedure was completely painless and fast. The first day after the procedure has passed, there is no pain, no liquid or blood is being discharged from the mole removal site. I am very satisfied.- Liisa Mattila
The procedure was painless, I believe the price was affordable, and the doctor and other staff were very friendly. There are no scars left. I still have some moles, so at the first opportunity, I will definitely go there again.- Heidi Helin
Friendly and professional service. Mole removal went quickly and well. I recommend the medical center.- Taisto Helle

A papilloma is a growth on the mucous membrane or skin in the form of stalked, pointed or flat structures. It can be the color of skin or have a different shade. It can be smooth or wrinkled. Usually, its size does not exceed 1 cm.
Usually, these skin formations are not dangerous. However, it is important to remember that there are many strains of the virus, and the most dangerous ones have a high oncogenic risk.
A papilloma usually does not disappear on its own, but sometimes it can get irritated and fall off as a result of rubbing against clothing.
Usually, papillomas are not dangerous. However, if they cause discomfort or look unsightly, they can be removed.
In medicine, ablation means tissue removal. Radiofrequency surgery ("cold laser") is the penetration of radio waves with a frequency from 1.5 to 6.0 MHz into the skin to remove skin formations.
The advantage of radiosurgery is minimal skin damage. Radio waves evaporate the tissue of the neoplasm with micron precision. This method allows to avoid extensive anesthesia and the traces of the removal of the formation are unnoticeable.
When removing formations with the cold laser method, scars usually do not remain on the skin. Only a small trace is left on the skin, which often fades over time. In the area of papilloma removal, the skin usually becomes smoother and more attractive after healing.
The procedure does not require special preparation. If you are taking omega-3 supplements or blood thinners, you should refrain from them three days before the procedure to reduce the risk of bruising.
You can take a shower 24 hours after the procedure.
