A vascular star (star-shaped angioma, spider nevus, telangiectasia, naevus araneus) is a small pathologically dilated vessel that diverges from the center of formation in red thin lines, which resemble spider legs. Most often, they appear on the face (especially on the wings of the nose and cheeks), as well as on the legs. Most often, the vascular star is red or pink in color.
