Renewal of a prescription issued by a state or private doctor is convenient online.
Log in or register in our system, submit an application, pay for the service and wait for notification of the review.
The doctor will process your application on weekdays until the end of the working day, the service fee is 12 euros.
For urgent recipe updates or getting a new one, select "Doctor's Video Consultation" (43 euros).
After receiving a new prescription through our service, you can purchase the medicine at any pharmacy in Finland.
Why should you turn to us for renewing or issuing a new prescription?
We renew and issue prescriptions in clear medical cases. We can renew a prescription for a medicine immediately during a remote appointment or within the working day. The cost of the service depends on the speed of processing the request.
We are most often contacted for prescription renewals for chronic diseases, as well as for treatment of inflammations, updating prescriptions for contraception tablets and erectile dysfunction.
The latter is an annoying, delicate, but common problem. Remote service allows our clients to discuss intimate problems with a doctor in a confidential environment, as well as renew a prescription without personally meeting with a doctor.
To issue or extend a prescription, the doctor must check the medications used in the Kanta service. By sending us a prescription request, you consent to the doctor accessing the list of previously arranged medications in your Kanta profile.
