Contractor's Obligations and Liability Act

Vastuugroup.fi, is an open registry, the data of which subscribers use when choosing a subcontractor. The database includes all the mandatory legal notices from a company operating in Finland, such as information on taxes, insurances, and occupational health care agreements.
MEDFIN performs automatic updates related to occupational health care to the Vastuu Group registry monthly. The updates can only be performed when the legally mandated employee and workplace inspections have been conducted.
