The service fee depends on the number of people. The service fee covers customer service, which guides and advises the client company and its employees and directs them to the appropriate specialist. In addition, the fee includes a clinic fee (standard €24)/visit and services related to invoicing and archiving information.

Certificate of Professional Hygiene and Health Care Organization

The cancellation must be made no later than 12 hours before the reserved time, otherwise a fee for the scheduled appointment will be charged.
Cancellations of inspections must be made no less than two working days in advance, otherwise payment for the planned event will be charged.
Kela Compensations:
The company can apply to Kela for compensation of expenses related to occupational hygiene and healthcare. Kela compensates for 50-60% of occupational hygiene and healthcare activities at the end of the reporting period. More details about the Kela compensation system can be found on the Kela website.
