Fees for the most common occupational health care products from 1.1.2024 onwards
Services are tax-exempt according to Value Added Tax Act § 35.

Service fee
The size of the service fee depends on the number of people. The service fee covers customer service, which guides and advises the client company and directs employees to the right professional. In addition, the fee includes outpatient clinic fees (normally 24 €/visit) and services related to invoicing and archiving.

The cancellation of the appointment must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. Otherwise, we will charge according to the planned time usage.
The cancellation of the workplace clarification must be made at least two working days before the agreed time. Otherwise, we will charge according to the planned time usage.
Travel Allowances:
At the end of the fiscal year, you can apply for up to 60% Kela compensation for occupational health care costs. More information from Kela's website.
