Occupational healthcare services are mainly exempt from value-added tax. VAT at 25,5 % will be added to taxable costs in accordance with the tax authority’s interpretation.

Appointments must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. Otherwise, the fee will be charged according to the reserved appointment duration.
Workplace survey (työpaikkaselvitys) must be cancelled at least two working days before the scheduled time. Otherwise, the fee will be charged according to the reserved workplace survey duration.
Kela reimbursement:
A company may apply to Kela for reimbursement of costs related to occupational healthcare. Kela reimburses 50–60% of occupational healthcare activities after the end of the financial year. More details about Kela reimbursement can be found on Kela's website.
