I have been working as a surgeon for many years. I worked in the urology department of the Helsinki University Hospital for 7 years. I am a very positive person and strive to give a piece of my soul to every patient. I understand that as a doctor, men trust me with their most intimate problems, ones they won't tell anyone else. And my great responsibility is to help them. I try not to let them down. Who am I? Until 2002, I worked as a surgeon in Estonia. After that, I spent approximately ten years as a surgeon at the surgical outpatient clinic of Helsinki University Hospital, including seven years as a urologist. Since 2015, I have been working at the Medfin Medical Center, and since 2016 I have also run a private practice at Mehiläinen. My main areas of urological expertise include the diagnosis and effective treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer. In my opinion, the most important factors are early diagnosis and a trusting doctor–patient relationship. How do I spend my free time? I spend most of my free time with my family. I love to travel. I value communication with friends.
